Neil visited Stocklands Vineyard on the Greenhill Estate in Bridgwater to see their world class English wines.
The sun shone as Neil was presented with one of their best bottles and toured the two acre estate. The vines were planted in 2008 on clay soil over a limestone strata, growing grapes Chardonnay & Pinot Noir vines.
Neil was recently appointed English Wine Champion by the UK Vineyards Association to make the case for Government to support the rapidly growing English wine industry.
"It was a pleasure to visit Stocklands and tour the estate. They are making some really high quality wines - up there with anything made in traditional wine-producing countries.
"A big thank you to Mark Thorp for arranging the visit and here's to the continued success of Stockland".
