Neil visited the annual Royal Cornwall at Wadebridge. Top of the agenda was Britain's membership membership of the EU and what a potential Brexit would mean for British agriculture.
Neil took part in a debate with the Farming Minister, George Eustice, sponsored by the Tenant Farmers' Association, on whether Britain should remain a member of the EU. Neil argued that, with guaranteed £2.4 billion annual payments from the EU and tariff-free access to 500 million EU customers, it was best for British farmers to remain in the Single Market.
