Neil Parish MP asked a question about voter ID in the House of Commons Chamber on Thursday 17th January.
Neil pointed out that voter identification was introduced in Northern Ireland in 20113 with the aim of strengthening democratic integrity.
Speaking afterwards Neil said: "Our electoral integrity is extremely important. We need to know that when someone votes we know who they are to avoid any electoral fraud. I am in favour of rolling out voter identification across the UK."
